Why one platform
Most home-services companies grow by doing one thing in one town. Residely was built from the first day as one brand with several service lines under it: pest and termite, pool, lawn and landscape, tree, and cleaning and care, each run by an operator who has worked that trade. Serving Tallahassee and the Big Bend, the same crews pass the same houses every week.
That structure is what lets a customer keep one account for the whole home. Book a weekly pool visit and a quarterly pest treatment, add a tree quote, and all of it lands on the same calendar, with the same invoice history, and the same team accountable for it.
For the trades we don't run ourselves, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, roofing and more, Residely works with local partner companies. Each partner's license and insurance are recorded before they receive a job, and if either lapses our dispatch system stops assigning them work until it is renewed. You still book, track and pay through Residely.
Cross-trained crews
Every Residely crew learns the basics of every line. The lawn team notices the limb over the roof; the cleaning team notices the mud tube by the baseboard. Because we are one company, that observation reaches the right crew the same week.
Upfront pricing
Routine services carry a fixed price you see before you book. Larger jobs get a written quote you approve online before anything is scheduled. You pay after the work is completed, never before.
Recurring by design
Lawn, pool, pest, cleaning and pet care run on schedules. When a visit is completed, the next one is booked automatically, and you can change or cancel it from your dashboard.
